SUITES FAQ

Why should I place a suite deposit?

There is no risk – placing your refundable deposit secures your priority to select from the limited number of suites in the Railyards Stadium. With only 27 suites, it is encouraged that you place your deposit as our suites are expected to sell quickly.  If you are unable to purchase a suite, you can apply your deposit towards other future premium seating products at the Railyards Stadium.

When can I select a suite?

An SRFC representative will be in touch shortly after placing your deposit to discuss the timeline and process for selecting the desired option and locations that are available. Appointments for depositors are expected to begin this Winter.

What events do suite owners have access to?

The Railyards Stadium will host year-round sports and entertainment outside of Major League Soccer matches and suite owners will have access to additional events. On October 14, 2020, Railyards Stadium was announced as the host venue for the NCAA D1 Soccer Championships in 2024 for the Men’s College Cup and in 2025 for the Women’s.  As the stadium opening approaches, additional events and concerts will be announced.

What are the different suite types (Owners’, Executive, 18-Yard Box)?

The suite level contains (3) distinct suite options and floorplans with tiered amenities.

  • Owners’ Suites are located on the centerline and include 14 seats
  • Executive Suites span the sideline and include 14 seats
  • 18-Yard Box Suites flank the penalty box and include 8 seats

Where is the suite level located?

The direction and proximity to the pitch provide unrivaled sightlines of the action – located just 20 rows from the field and on the west sideline of the stadium with the California sun setting at guests’ backs.

Do suites include parking for guests?

Yes – VIP Parking will be included for each suite to provide a premier arrival experience on matchdays for suite owners and their guests.

What payment options are available?

Suite leases are all sold on multi-year agreements and will have options available to pay in full or via annual installments.

I am a Sacramento Republic FC Member; do I need to place a suite deposit?

Yes – Your current Membership establishes your Tier 1 MLS Priority for future seat selection (Club, Reserved, Supporters Section) in the new stadium, but due to the limited number of available units, a deposit is required for luxury suites.

I’m a current MLS Depositor; do I need to upgrade my deposit if I’m interested in luxury suites?

Your current MLS deposit establishes your Tier 2 MLS Priority for future seat selection (Club, Reserved, Supporters Section) in the new stadium, however interested deposit holders must upgrade their priority level to book a luxury suite appointment.

What other benefits or amenities come with suite ownership?
