Sacramento Business Journal
Sacramento released a revised term sheet Thursday for a Major League Soccerstadium in the Railyards development, ahead of a review and vote by the Sacramento City Council Tuesday. Here are some highlights from the sheet, which would replace one the city approved in 2015.
1. As expected with the addition of new features disclosed earlier this week, the stadium cost has increased to $252.2 million, up from $180 million four years ago. As before, Sacramento Stadium Co., an affiliate of Sacramento Soccer & Entertainment Holdings LLC, would be financially responsible for the development and construction of the stadium.
